Only one discount code can be applied per order. Our hidden 10% discount code is valid only on orders over $120 AUD as well as the free shipping code supplied with it. Discount codes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may expire without notice. TheGlowables reserves the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time. If a discount code is not applied correctly or you encounter issues at checkout, please contact us at contact@theglowables.com before completing your order. Free shipping is offered on all orders with 3 or more lamps. Orders under with less than 3 lamps are subject to standard or express shipping fees, calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days, but may vary depending on destination and carrier. International delivery times and customs clearance may affect shipping speed. Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched. If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we’ll provide a full refund or replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@theglowables.com, including your order number, photos of the damage or defect, and a brief description of the issue. We currently do not accept returns for change of mind. Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the return is confirmed.
